Valpolicella Classico is a deep garnet red wine.
It comes from the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta and Negrara grapes.
Valpolicella Classico grapes are given a month of drying to give the wine more structure and taste. Fermentation takes place in steel containers following the natural method in a dedicated room with controlled temperature.
The scent is vinous, pleasant and delicate; it has spicy notes with clear hints of fruitiness.
When tasted it is rightly acidic, dry and yielding in the medium palate. Very persistent taste.
It goes well with all first and second courses; especially suitable with red meats and cheeses. To be served at a temperature between 16 and 18 ° C
