Is there a minimum / maximum expected per order?
In general, there is no constraint regarding the minimum or maximum of an order. A minimum order can only be provided for any ongoing promotions. To optimize the service, we ask you to contact us by email before placing an order greater than 10 cartons.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary according to the quantity of goods ordered. The cost for shipping throughout Europe starts from a minimum of € 15 to a maximum of € 100
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card Master Card, Visa or PayPal.
What are the delivery times?
The order is entrusted to the courier in a maximum of 48h (excluding holidays) from receipt of payment. The order will be delivered to the recipient in a time between 1 and 5 working days. We will send you an email once the shipment has been made.
Right of withdrawal:
Pursuant to Italian law (decree law 185 of 22.5.99, article 5 and of Legislative Decree 15-1-1992 n ° 50, contracts negotiated outside business premises), you will have the right to withdraw from the contract (without penalty and without need for motivation) for "long-lasting" or "fresh product" products, while it will not be possible to withdraw from the contract for "very fresh product" products (see art. 5 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999). The withdrawal must be made by fax, e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, which must be sent to our office within 14 days from the delivery of the products. Within the same 14-day time limit, you must return the intact products to us. The shipment of the products to the sender is at your expense and under your responsibility. As soon as we have received the products we will refund the sums paid or send you a replacement shipment. The shipment must be addressed directly to the headquarters of Valpolicella Wine and more. If the withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the methods indicated above, we will refund you the amount paid as soon as possible and in any case within the term of 14 days required by law
Applicable law:
All contracts concluded with us are considered completed in Italy and are subject to Italian law, and for any controversy (including those relating to debt securities) the court of Verona is deemed competent.
