The Recioto della Valpolicella Angelorum is produced in the Masi cellars, in Veneto.

This sweet wine is made from Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara grapes, selected and left in the winter months on bamboo racks for drying. Maceration is carried out in stainless steel tanks and then passed into tonneaux once the product has been separated from the skins. Maturation takes place in barriques for 18 months, followed by bottle aging.

It is characterized by a very dense ruby red. The nose comes a scent of cooked cherry and fruit in alcohol. In the mouth it is complex and pleasant, with a very persistent finish.

It goes perfectly with dry sweets and pastries, it is also ideal with aged cheeses.
