Passito Bianco is a sweet wine, golden yellow in color with amber reflections.
It comes from the Garganega grapes dried for 4 months.
The grapes are left to dry until January / February in dry and well-ventilated rooms. The pressing takes place, depending on the vintage, in late January or early February. Fermentation takes place in steel containers following the natural method in a dedicated room with controlled temperature.
On the nose it has an elegant aroma of ripe fruit and fresh flowers, with a slight hint of vanilla.
On the palate, the taste is full and warm, enveloping and velvety.
It is a splendid ideal dessert wine with dry sweets and biscuits. It can also be appreciated on its own. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 13 and 16 ° C
